詳細 - Discover Lyon and Beaujolais 2 days/ 1 night - in a 2 **hotel

Three rivers flow through Lyon: the Rhône, the Saône and the Beaujolais… Come and visit this region behind the label and discover the Golden Stones Country, also called French Tuscany. Along this journey, you will pass through beautiful rolling hills dotted with vineyards, see imposing castles, and visit several small medieval villages constructed with "Golden Stones". You will meet 2 wine-makers willing to share their savoir-faire and you will taste their Beaujolais wines in a friendly atmosphere.


Your driver guides you through Beaujolais country in an innovative way, taking you on a journey of discovery, visiting tiny, picturesque villages and meeting local wine producers.
They talk with passion about the cultivation of vines and the whole winemaking process followed by red and white wine tastings in a convivial atmosphere.

Around 12.30-1pm Lunch at La Feuillée in Theizé or Le Chatard in the town of Sarcey.
Early afternoon visit to the village of Bagnols, guided tour of the medieval village of Oingt and a final meeting with a second winemaker who shows off his fermentation vats and his cellar before offering tastings of four wines.
Return to Lyon around 6 pm.
8 pm TGV back to Paris

Price includes : Return transportation by TGV, one B&B night at hotel 2**, one day’s pass for the Grand Tour of Lyon, audio guide for visit through the passageways, dinner day 1, Beaujolais minibus circuit « Pierres Dorées » and lunch day 2.

Price does not include : personal expenses, drinks, audio guide for the visit of the traboules, tramway tickets


Day 1 : Paris – Lyon

6.30 am Meeting Gare de Lyon to board 7 am TGV for Lyon Part Dieu
8.57 am Arrival Gare de Lyon Part Dieu and check-in Hotel  a few minutes walk from the station and the town centre by
public transport.
Welcome at hotel reception and distribution of tour tickets.

Free time to visit Vieux Lyon (old town) and its rare network of ancient passageways called « traboules » which connect one building to another. (in option)
Free time for lunch.
Spend the afternoon visiting Lyon, Grand Tour of the city from a double-decker to see the Place Bellecour, the basilica Notre Dame de Fourvière, the Place des Terreaux, quays of the river Saône and the old town (Vieux Lyon).
Enjoy many different perspectives on the city and take advantage of the 9 stops during the tour.
Dinner at Chabert et Fils, a well-known « Bouchon » or restaurant that specializes in Lyonnaise cuisine near Place Bellecour.
Overnight in hotel.

Day 2: Lyon – Paris

Hotel breakfast.
9.15 am Meeting at your hotel in the old town for a day out called « Beaujolais Pierres Dorées » or « Beaujolais golden stones. »
