詳細 - Discover Avignon and the Luberon 2 days / 1 night - in 2** hotel

Validiy: departure from Paris on Monday and Thursday.

Price includes : Return journey by TGV, B& B accomodation in 2 star hotel, dinner day 1.
Discovery fare includes : Palais des Papes, Pont d’Avignon, Rhône cruise, half-day excursion.

Price does not include : Personal expenses, drinks


Day 1: Paris -Avignon

7.30 am Meet at the Gare de Lyon to take 7.54 am TGV to Avignon.
10.31 am Arrival Avignon TGV station and bus connection to Avignon town.

Check in at hotel reception and distribution of tour tickets.


“Discovery” fare covers the following sites:
The Palais des Papes with audio guide. The palace is a symbol of the Christian church’s influence in the West during the XIVth century.
The Pont d’Avignon with audio guide.
A 45 min. cruise on the Rhône river…

Dinner at the restaurant Les Domaines located on the Place de l’Horloge renowned for its operas, shows and concerts.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Avignon - Paris

Breakfast at hotel

Pick-up at hotel around 9 am for a Lavander excursion and a tour of Luberon villages.
You will be driven around a panoramic route through the Luberon to discover the most beautiful villages of Provence :
Roussillon (stopover), Gordes (stopover), and entry to the Lavander Museum (inclusive).


In season (15/06-15/07) stopover at the Abbey of Sénanque to enjoy the magnificent sight of lavender fields. On Tuesday’s, free time to walk through the provençal market at Gordes.
Return to hotel around 1.45 pm.
Free time for lunch.
Free afternoon for shopping.
Around 5.30pm bus from Avignon town for Avignon TGV.
7.08 pm TGV for Paris, arrival 10.01 pm.
